Terms of service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms cover your use of lazy lab at lazylab.com and the products it builds for you. By using lazy lab you agree to them. If you use it for a company, you agree for that company.

What lazy lab does

You describe a product. lazy lab researches the problem, designs a solution, makes a brand kit, writes the code, and helps you launch it, stopping at each step for your approval. AI does most of the work, so results can be wrong: review what it makes before you rely on it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, and you may not use lazy lab to build anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

What you own

You own your ideas, your briefs, and the product lazy lab builds for you, including its code, brand kit, and content, once your plan is paid up. Each product lives in its own repository and database. You give lazy lab permission to use your content only to build and run your product. lazy lab owns lazy lab itself: its software, process, and brand.

Showcase

lazy lab may show a product's name, logo, and public description in its showcase. Tell us and we will take yours out.

Plans and payment

The brief is free. Building costs the price shown at checkout, plus hosting, database, and AI usage passed through at cost. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel any time; you keep what was built up to then. Fees already paid are not refunded unless the law requires it.

Third-party services

Your product runs on services such as GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Anthropic, and Stripe, and their terms also apply to what runs on them.

No warranty, limited liability

lazy lab is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, lazy lab is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending and changes

You can stop using lazy lab any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above, and tell you about important changes.
